MYSIA. Pergamon. Circa 166-67 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 27 mm, 12.50 g, 1 h), circa 86-76. Cista mystica from which snake coils; around, ivy wreath with fruits. Rev. Two snakes coiled around a bow case; between the snake heads, IE above monogram of ΠPY; to left, monogram of ΠΕΡΓ; to right, serpent-entwined staff. Kleiner, Hoard 34. Pinder 109. SNG Paris -. The obverse struck somewhat off center and with a scratch on the reverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.
